The Naisoso Island Residential Management Team consists of four directors: Regan & Nyssa Berryman and Dennis & Helen Small. This powerful combination boasts a wealth of experience in resort management, marketing & public relations and construction management.

REGAN BERRYMAN: Regan is Naisoso’s Residential Manager and Building and Project Manager. With more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Regan has worked in New Zealand, UK and Australia as a construction manager working on myriad projects, from multi-dwelling developments to prestigious multi-million dollar residential projects. As a nearby Port Denarau resident, Regan is onsite everyday working very closely with the builder, engineer and architect to manage construction, oversee quality control and ensure each project is running smoothly on behalf of the absent owner.

NYSSA BERRYMAN: Nyssa is Naisoso’s Residential Manager, onsite Naisoso Property Sales Manager and Marketing Co-ordinator. Nyssa, who has extensive experience in global PR and marketing, will promote and build the profile of Naisoso Island in its initial stages, whilst driving house and land sales through Naisoso Island Realty which is located onsite. Nyssa and Regan both actively form part of the Naisoso Island Residential Management Team with Dennis & Helen Small.

DENNIS & HELEN SMALL: Dennis and Helen are directors of Naisoso Residential Management team. Dennis and Helen boast very impressive and extensive experience in resort management of more than 25 years. From smaller boutique motor-inns to four star multi-building resort complexes, Dennis and Helen have bought and sold a number of iconic management rights throughout Australia, and are well known in the industry for their start-up successes along with their ability to resurrect resorts with poor-performing occupancy rates by implementing streamlined practices and procedures.
